Menu for In Play Inc in Newmarket, ON

Very disappointing for the money. We visited with two children aged 6 and 4 and paid over $20 for entry. The play area was ok,... the small zipline was the best thing about it, but nothing was clean and bright as the website led you to believe. There was anawful musty smell and it wasn't at all clean. As we were there already we then had to pay another $10 to get tokens for thearcade and there must have been 40% of the games that were actually in service. This was really disappointing. Half of the games are out of order and it is really dirty. It literally looked like a gaming... graveyard. There was an old Zellers ride, that should help paint the picture for you. I assume they purchased most of theirstuff from bankrupt department stores and garage sales. The 'prizes' were all dusty and the candy was obviously old and out ofdate. For a place that has such potential I really expected better for what they charge. My kids had fun but got bored quicklydue to the lack of options. I did not want to stay however the kids would have been super disappointed so we stayed for 30minutes. This is also not a place suitable for kids over the age of 8 (most games are junior). Hope they are able to improve asthere isn't much like it in town and we prefer to support local businesses. I was at "In Play" in Newmarket last week and just wanted to share what a great place this is. It's very clean, the staff are... amazing. The huge party room is a bonus. Loved the seating area for adults with the big screen TV. The games and prizes wentover well, loved the mini-golf. Rock Climbing looked cool too. Two Thumbs up on this place. Read more

Great for older kids. Lots of fun things for them to do. Nothing for the younger kids really. I would say kids 4yrs old and up... will love it. Especially if they aren't afraid of heights (the climbing structure is quite large and high). Read more

Had our son's birthday party here and it was great! The girls running things were so patient and accommodating to the kids.... There's lots for them to do from fun arcade games (some great retro ones too), to the huge play structure, rock wall and minigolf. So fun for the kids! Read more
