I took my daughter to DQ tonight and asked for 2 pumpkin blizzards. Indicated we both had nut allergy. They handed one blizzard... made nut free, 2nd one not nut free. I know it?s fast food but this experience was horrid. Got coupons in the mail for their food, Over 20 mins for 2 burgers. The... manager kept yelling at the staff right in front of the customers and had an attitude beyond belief, not to mention the food wasbarely even warm. I?ve gone to this location many times in the past for ice cream, but today shall be my last seeing how thestaff was treated during my visit. Read more
This DQ location repeatedly disappoints. First off, the ice cream always seems to not be cold enough so our treats are puddles... as soon as we dip into them. Second, the drive through is unbelievably slow, even when no cars are ahead of you and therestaurant appears empty. Finally, they put way too much candy/treats in their blizzards. Even after asking for half the candyyou get blizzards with no white in them and every bite leaves your mouth full of just the crunchy stuff, no ice cream. The manager is very rude. Chicken strip baskets usually come with gravy and apparently this has changed. I don't mind paying,... but it takes no effort to be polite to your customers when menus change. Read more
Food is good, people are nice, drive-thru is the slowest in history. It's like their systems can only handle one order at a... time. So one person orders, drives around to the window and gets their food, then the next person orders. Read more
