They have gluten free pizza what a real plus.
Make sure to check the food there if you order it online or over the phone. Our pizza had a sharp piece of wood in it and they... also do not communicate that they're out of meat/produce/etc. I got my sandwich with a thin slice of salami and barely anycheese, when I ordered everything on it. Horrible service? Deliveries are always late never on time. Orders are usualt mest up. Today delivery took 2+ hours and when... they finaly got here one had so many jalapeños we couldn?t eat them. The other one the bacon was so burnt we gad to take it alloff before we could even eat it. Would never order from this palce again? time after time same story. Read more
Terrible customer service. We waited an hour and a half for our pizza when I was told 45 minutes. Totally understandable, I... know it can get busy but I had to call the restaurant to remind them we had ordered after an hour and 15 minutes had passed. They said it was going to be out in 10 minutes so I drove down there and it was sitting on the counter. Pizza was cold andafter talking to a manager nobody even acknowledged that anything was wrong. They tried to make it seem as if I shouldn?t becomplaining and after almost 2 hours at 9 pm I didn?t feel like arguing so I took it home and put it in the oven. Soooo happy that they are here in NEWMAN now! Great decor in the shop and have never had bad service or a wrong order from them!... Pizzas are more expensive now, but isn't everything!? I appreciate their great, personable, delivery driver as well! He isalways happy, nice and just great! Thank you to everyone who makes the tasty pizzas and makes everything else great too! Read more
