No ice with the store in the same parking lot to grab ice. Management cannot figure out this? 102° no cold drink. Original... chicken sandwich was cold and though I said no lettuce, I got lettuce on my sandwich. Apparently it's not my way. The new young man who I think the new manager, his customer service is top notch. He's friendly helpful and kind. He on the... other hand is only is good as his the crew working for him. I had to wait for New Texas Southwest burger which was fine becausehe gave me fresh fries that were the best I've had come from there. My burger on had 1 patty and lacked the Avocado spread. Itwas basically a bacon whopper that I paid almost 14$ for. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. I'm disappointedbecause he really is the best customer service I've seen at the Newman Burger King. Read more
This Burger King does not have the right Management running the Restaurant. There's a huge lack of morale and a lack of... associates to properly run this establishment. Food is always old and cold. Why is it that the exhaust smoke that comes out ofthe rooftop vents always smells 10x's better than what the burgers themselves actually taste. When you order a burger from thisBurger King, the color of the burger looks like a light shade of grey. Aren't burgers supposed to look like a darker brown colorwhen cooked .... just sayin', maybe they should try cooking with real 100% beef and maybe they'd actually get some realbusiness! Always a disappointment at this Burger King location in newman , they never give me my order correctly, the fries are always... hard and old, and when I ask for extra lettuce and tomato I expect to get it like that especially if I have to pay extra for it.I think from now on I rather drive to the Patterson location! Worst Burger King I?ve ever ate at. They gave me cold fries!!! Cold nuggets and chicken fries that weren?t even cooked all the... way and you can tell they been sitting!!!! This is my go to place for when I need a quick bite, or if I'm feeling fat ????. They have gotten my order wrong several times,... I've had to go back in to get it or go through the drive thru again. Although they have messed up orders, the food is actuallyreally good. On the plus side they have recently gotten better at not messing up orders, sometimes they tell you what's in whatbag. So far in 2020 and 2021 they have not made a mistake. They food comes out hot and delicious, its a place to get an easy,yummy bite. Read more
