Literally, the worst restaurant ever. The employees are incompetent and untrained. The food is always terrible, and they rarely... get your order right. I understand pandemic problems, but it was already terrible in every aspect. If you can imagine anythingworse than their usual standard, it?s even worse. It seems corporate consideration of their patrons is also beyond poor or theywould do something about it. It is consistently terrible and has been for years. I am not exaggerating in any way. I?m scared toeat it as I?m not sure who?s back there preparing it. The person who took my order didn?t understand that a double hamburger isjust a double cheeseburger without cheese, so she rang me up a totally different sandwich with cheese. I had to explain it toher at the window. When I got my order, the burger patty was hard, the bread on my ham and cheese was chewy, as if it had beenmicrowaved for no reason at all, and the tea only had a hint of sugar in it. If I could give my experience a zero, I would. If Iever went to this restaurant and received competent service and food I even trusted to digest, I would be shocked and amazed.The problems this restaurant has starts at the corporate level, and their employees and patrons are the victims of lack oftraining and terrible supervision. Menu has changed for the worst. And every time it's something dumb. Most that works here seem to not care one bit. There is... literally one person in there I can trust with my food. I hate McDonald's ???? but I'm am more than happy to go now. I have beento McDonald's once this year soon to be more. I work as a line cook.
