The person taking my order at the drive thru this morning seemed rude. I only got 2 things and my bagel was toasted, but missing... the cream cheese. The person at the window also barely spoke except for telling me the total. I know most people don't visitdunkin for their service but kindness would go a long way. Read more
This particular Dunkin is never "out" of what I want. Always stir my mocha iced latte. Are ALL friendly and fast. (One of two on... the Pike. One heading north. The other heading south). The only two worth visiting. These have the best staff around. Read more

Of all the Dunkin Donuts on the Berlin Turnpike (owned by Gagnon) this is the only one consistently open, but with the slowest... service for either drive thru or counter service. The employees are fairly nice but very slow. This morning 11/18/21 about5:09ish a.m. I tried the drive thru first but the car in front of me seating there patiently waiting and you could hear lots ofnoises coming from the speaker so I backed out of the drive thru lane and parked and went inside...the employee was finallytaking care of the car in drive thru....no one was working the counter so I left.... I used to go to the Dunkin Donuts in thegas station, but since Joy has been gone they cannot get any overnight help....the hours now (sometimes) 5am - 7pm in a gasstation that is open 24 hours.... They mess up my coffee almost EVERY time I come here. I have wasted so much money on bad coffees. Today was the last day I will... ever buy coffee from this location again. A very simple request for iced coffee with cream and hazelnut swirl and 9/10 timesthey forget the hazelnut swirl. Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. Read more
Terrible experience won't go back to this location. Had 1 person making food took 20 min mine had a half a price of bacon.
