Don?t have many options, vanilla was tasting weird, poor quality service.
The worst service. The girl named ANALYN has a nasty attitude. She should not be in a forward facing customer service job. She... is aggressive and rude. My family and I went for some froyo after dinner and she made sure we left with no satisfaction due toher rude and uncalled for comments. We wanted to pay separately and she made a comment ?if you put it all together it?ll make mylife easier? like sorry girl that it?s that difficult of a job to ring up something separately. Then when we were giving her ourrewards number I?m not sure what?s wrong with her comprehension skills but she kept saying ?HOLD ON OMG HOLD ON!!!? I knowduring the pandemic owners will hire basically anyone but even a person like ANALYN should not be considered even as a lastresort! As we were leaving I said ?I hope your night gets better? because obviously she was having either a bad day or she isjust an unpleasant person. They should keep her working in the back rather than addressing customers. Read more

From the friendly service to the quality and selection this place is top shelf. My kids always want to go here and try their new... flavors. Menchie's is in a great location, very clean store with a lot of good atmosphere around it. I was able to meet theowner one day, great guy. I like this location because of their friendly and kind stuff. I have been going to this location for almost 3 years and most of... their employees are friendly and kind. The other thing that I like about this business is their soy-free and dairy-free frozenyogurts that are absolutely delicious. They have frozen yogurt family boxes that I usually purchase for my home and the price isacceptable. I like frozen yogurt because they are healthier than ice creams. I come here with my kids about once a week and love the customer service. Front area is always clean and always have the... toppings we like. The only thing that drives me nuts is the bathrooms are so gross. My kids always seem to have to use it whilewe?re here and it is dirty and old. Needs new floor, walls, toilet and to just be cleaned regularly. Always pee on the groundaround toilet. PLEASE remodel your bathroom! Read more
