The rooms were cleaned comfortable. Breakfast was ok but some fruit would be nice. Had some issues with reservations. Did not... get an email as promised and got charged for an extra night as it was incorrect. Will not book thru the front desk again. Read more
My stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing. The absolute carelessness staff and management was waist of my time... and money. The dirty rooms combined with their lazy housekeeping service proved to be an obstacle of its own; however trying tocommunicate with the hotel management was by far the biggest issue staying here. Don?t stay at this hotel if you plan onreceiving the bare minimum- every other place in town can at least offer that. Read more
Can't say enough good things about this place! Everything was really clean...plush towels...comfy beds...good included... breakfast...helpful and friendly staff...if you are going thru New Castle this is the place to stay!! Read more

Very clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond- my 3 year old woke up in the middle of the night demanding chocolate... milk, front desk staff unlocked the kitchen to make her some???? They all also allowed us to have delayed check out. Servicehere is terrific! And the pool/ spa was super relaxing. Read more
Nice , clean and comfortable but very expensive. Kids loved the slide at the pool. Very nice breakfast bar. Toilets and... shower heads needed work in both rooms we had. Read more
The service was great, and the rooms were clean. My room had a spa tub inside the room. So, that made the night very private.... Also, we ate a Grazers, and the Burger & FF combo was perfect. Thanks for a great night of sleep. Read more
Called and told them I'd be coming in late because of driving slow in a blizzard. Got their and was told I had already checked... in. Proceeded to stand the lobbie for an hour waiting on them to find a key that was never found. Read more
