As a former partner, I?d like to share a positive review of the Starbucks drive-through, but after several years of being here... in Newcastle it continues to be a colossal disappointment. Not only are the baristas completely incompetent and incapable ofmaking a drink correctly the first time, but the wait for any drink, whether mobile or drive-through, is excessive and is twiceor sometimes three times as long as any other Starbucks. They are constantly out of supplies and out of basic ingredients andseem to be poorly managed. Better luck visiting the Starbucks on the other side of Newcastle by the freeway. Read more

Ordered Venti Mocha, no one in line, guys fills cup halfway and hands to me. Calls it good.
On cold Seattle days, I love my caramel macchiato
Had beverage and cookie asked for refill was told you can't leave and come back told them was at same table for hour.
Came in on New Year?s Day, only two baristas working. Line was out the door. The service and coffee was amazing. The two... baristas were busy bees! I couldn?t even imagine how they were able to handle the traffic. 5 stars all the way! Read more
