Ordered a drink in-store and was ready quickly. Didn't order a lot of items but taste is similar to any other Starbucks outlet... (for what I ordered). No separate restrooms but since it's in a rest stop you need to use the travel plaza restrooms. Onweekends it can get busy and your order may take time. Try to order ahead if you see an option on the app. Read more

Arrived 20 minutes before closing and couldn't order a refresher because the barista had already closed up the station and was a... bit snooty when I asked why it was closed. I would give two stars, but the third star is awarded because my alternative ordertasted as expected. Read more

First I want to address something, I was going through a couple of reviews here and the two bad ones had nothing to do with the... establishment or the coffee or staff. One of them is about the place not being open late. Like really? How's that a valid issue.And the second? Asking for free stuff and the barista said no? Seriously you gotta be kidding me I got here on Thanksgivingweekend and it was extremely busy. The staff were handling the rush well, much better than the Starbucks next door. The linekept moving and the staff were courteous and quick. We got our coffees quick and they were made to perfection including onecomplicated order. So I have absolutely no complains and I will stop here again on my travels without a second thought. Read more

AVOID IF YOU CAN - this is absolutely the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had (and I always have the most enjoyable... experiences at other locations). Although this location is newly opened, as a former barista with the company, I am shocked thatthey are still open. The Starbucks standard is that if you order a drink and ask for an extra amount of a certain ingredientthat is already part of that drink, there is no charge - however, this location insists that every add-on is an extra charge of$0.80. I ordered a Matcha Green Tea latte, as I do extremely often, and they were persistent on charging me when I asked for anextra scoop of matcha - something that is already the standard ingredient in that drink, and therefore is not an extra charge.They insisted that because they are "not corporate", they have to charge extra. The first Starbucks location I worked at was NOTcorporate as well, and this was not part of our standard, so I am extremely confused as to why this store is persistent oncharging extra for everything. Sketchy. The barista that assisted me was also very poorly trained, as a Venti sized beverageincludes 5 scoops of matcha as the standard, and she continually argued with me that it was only 2 scoops for that size, whichactually makes zero sense. The customer that was in front of me had cancelled her order over a similar experience (being chargedextra for ingredients already included in her beverage). Overall, the most unprofessional, unenjoyable Starbucks experience yet. Read more
