First time visiting. Friendly atmosphere and staff. I got there early enough that it wasn't packed as I've seen it before. As... someone who loves to cook, I can tell the dough and ingredients are prepared fresh daily. & I love they have a wood fire oven. Ihad the Make your own pizza. - Red sauce, Mozzarella Sausage, & Mushroom. When its 100 degrees out the last thing I want to dois to turn the oven on. Ticked off at myself for not trying it sooner. It was our first time eating here it was recommended by a friend. My husband is not a big pizza fan but wanted to try it. We came here to celebrate my mom's birthday, and not a single item we ordered disappointed! Even the gluten free crust was... delicious, and actually better than some regular thin crust pizzas from chain restaurants. The service was incredibly quick, andthe quality of food was top notch, despite being a pretty busy evening. All of the waitresses were super friendly, andimpressively attentive to every person who walked through the door. So happy I got a chance to try this place out, we willdefinitely be back! Read more

Ordered a Cesar salad with chicken to go and got this? waited for about 15 min after my pick up time and was told my pizza was... in the oven. I told the girl I didn?t order a pizza just a salad and she said ? oh that?s been ready? Paid $14 for the socalled salad that didn?t even have croutons and very light cheese. If you're up for a wonderful surprise go to Newcastle Pizzeria, a hidden gem in Newcastle! The tastes, textures and smells are... superb because of the fire roasted oven they use! This was like being at home with fantastic service and great food. Wait staff was as good as it gets and we were impressed with... all of the food. Beer was cold, pizza was hot, and prices were fair. Definitely recommend! Read more
