I was there 8:50 this morning, grabbing two travelers for a meeting. I was told to wait 15 mins due to heavy backlogs. I said ok... because my meeting started 9:30. They didn't work on my order until 30 mins later when I asked for it. It took another 25 minsto finally get my coffee. I was so late for my meeting after almost an hour waiting. I had to visit multiple times today. The staffs are very friendly .The place seemed to be busy, yet got my drink quick.
