Worst subway I have ever been to!!!! I have been in here multiple times and every time I go there is a problem. Customer service... is terrible! The staff cusses at the customers, they are on the phone cussing out someone on the other line and then get mad atme because I'm ordering food, they have on headphones or ear buds in and ask you multiple times "WHAT DID YOU SAY?", don't trustthe hours posted because they open and close whenever they want to. Again......WORST SUBWAY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!! I will neverbe going back there and will never recommend anyone to either! Read more

The absolute worst Subway experience I've ever had. I stopped in at 3:50am (they're open 24 hours) and didn't get my sandwich... until 4:27am and there was 2 employees behind the counter. I was the only customer and they had no online or delivery ordersgoing on (the 1 employee commented that she turned the system off). They were honestly the slowest moving employees I've seen atany restaurant in my life. I'm usually a very patient person but there is no excuse for such a poor performance. I asked the BPattendant (this Subway is in a BP gas station) if she knew their work schedule because I will turn around and walk out before Iever order from those 2 again Read more
The worst mistake I?ve made in my life. Last night I place order, they give me under baked cookies, not even the right chips,... (do we not know how to follow directions?) an then let me tell you about how lovely my sandwich was! Bread was so old it wascrumbling In my hands. Slowest service ever, even with only a few people in line. No sense of urgency or even normal food prep speed. Every time I've... gone there is only one person working, but even they are working ridiculously slow. I stood in line (3rd person in line) forover almost 25 minutes while a lady made 4 sandwiches. Not worth the time. Also, the employees there have the worst attitudes.It's almost like you are bothering them when you ask for a meatball sub. There was a younger man there once when I went who wasvery nice and made the food very fast. The women there though should not be in customer service jobs at all. Read more
