One of the finest dining experiences I've ever had. Cold Antipasto: Dried meats, mushrooms, aged cheese, deliciously prepared... lentils, marinated tomatoes... excellent. Then there was the sweetbreads appetizer, absolutely off the charts. My wife had pastaBolognese, and I had the Squid ink fettuccine with seafood, again, excellent. This is a great place to enjoy great Italian food. The menu is so great and portions are large. We ordered 2 dishes of fresh... made pasta for 6 to share. Then we ordered individual plates. Our absolute favorite restaurant. We are always greeted warmly and treated so well. The team always goes above and beyond to... make your evening perfect. The food is outstanding as are the drinks. I absolutely love this place! We went super late one night and they insisted we not rush through dinner. The truffle pasta was... delicious and the double cut pork chop stuffed with fontina and spinach was amazing. Even the broccoli and mashed potatoes thatcame with the pork chop were fantastic. The food was well prepared and the presentation of it was spectacular. The prices were great for the quality of food. We were... treated very well by the staff and they continued to serve us through the night without having to be flagged down. Overall I'dsay it's perfect for a romantic evening. Update! What can I say? IL Cenacolo is one of those restaurants that will never disappoint. My brother is a regular here, and the food... is always delicious. The last time I was here was a few years back, and I still remember how amazing the food was. Went backlast week, and my brother was able to get us a last-minute table. The ambiance is still super cozy; the staff were polite, knowledgeable, and amazing. The owner and his wife were warm and welcoming. The food was excellent and delicious. The bar wasimpressive, they can most likely make any drink you ask for. I drank some mojitos, and they went down deliciously. Can't waitto go back and try the entire menu. Very good fine Italian restuarant. The food was amazing and very fresh. Everything was cooked perfect.
