Was taken here on my birthday cause I wanted to watch the game, Great spot. What was disappointing the hostess was a rude one... like It bothered her we went. What was more crazy after our dinner my grand daughter and I went to the rest room and the hostesswas using the restroom, When she finished using the bathroom she left without washing her hands at all. I ordered online. It told me what time to be there. I get there, and a good amount of people are waiting. Long story short it's... 20 minutes past my pick up time and all I'm told is they are backed up. I get it that's it's Sunday and people are here to watchfootball but where is the communication? Very clean and inviting. It's sometimes a hit or miss with large chain restaurants, the food is usually the same everywhere you... go so for me its about the staff and the restaurant itself. this location is definitely a hit. I'll be back. Read more
I'm not big on chains like this, but it was better than expected. We wanted a place to watch an out of town football game, and... this was the place. Maybe 100 TVs. And they would switch a channel to accommodate you wherever you sat. I had a burger andwings and 2 different IPAs. For a burger where they didn't ask how we liked it cooked [I like medium rare, it was medium well],it was still tasty. The wings were on the small side and not impressive. The burger came with tiny fries, but at least theyweren't overcooked. They had a few commercial IPAs like Goose Island. I had a local Boom something which was tasty, and SierraNevada IPA something which was acceptable. I got the large size which was maybe 22oz. My wife had mixed drinks, which had smallmeasured pours. Desert we shared tasty chocolate cake and ice cream. Service was friendly and reasonably quick. We sat at thebar. Someone also came by to make sure we were happy. We were. Great wings Great servers Great Management. I went with a friend of mine we had drinks at a good price, Food at a better price ... and the staff and atmosphere were A1. The server made sure she was always checking on us and even one of the managers Evan camearound a few time to make sure everything was as it should be. Received a flyer with coupons on 7/28. Went there today. The server said that manager told them not to accept paper coupons. We... asked to speak to the manager; the server returned and said the manager doesn?t want to discuss it. If they don?t want to acceptcoupons, that is ok. But put a sign on the door informing the customers so that the servers do not have to deal with it. Anymanager should be willing to discuss any problem with a customer! Food is good but the last few online orders were wrong and missing food. We take the time to order and they don't take the time... tot fulfill it properly. The food is expensive so I would expect a complete order. I've looked over the last few months ofreviews and it seems to be happening to others as well. After a review I see the owner asks you to fill out a questionnaire tosee where they went wrong but yet here are the reviews telling them right here. Inattentive, impersonal and very slow staff on an otherwise normal night (not crowded). We were seated and waited 10 minutes... before even placing a drink order, appetizer took 15 minutes to come out to which we had to wait another 5 minutes to receivesilverware. Boneless wings were room temperature, extremely dry and hard as a rock. Most of the dry rub was on the platterrather than the wings and the sauced wings weren?t even coated.
