We've been to this location before and they only have two people working there looks like the manager and one employee can't run... a fast food restaurant with two people manager seems to have trouble keeping workers food is good but it's cold and of coursewith just two people it's hard to keep the tables clean and the restroom was below standards toilet needed to be cleaned andfloor mopped. I went through the drive-thru at about 5:30 this morning and the man asked what i want and I wasn?t ready which is ok all I... said was ?just one second buddy?. Not trying to demean him in anyway thats just how I talk. Then he proceeds to mock me anddemean me by calling me buddy at the end of everything he says so I asked him if he was mocking me and he said yes!!! I worknights and gosh it was a long one i just wanted to some food and then go home, I don?t want to deal with that after working 10hours. If you want rude customer service I highly recommend this location but I know ill never spend my money there again. Read more

This is the Hardee's in Newburgh Indiana off Bell Rd. I went through the drive through and ordered a simple sausage/egg biscuit.... Well they put cheese on it and the thing looked like they just threw it together, worse looking sandwich I ever saw. Now I don'tlike cheese, so I took the sandwich back to Hardee's and they wouldn't change it out for the lunch menu had just started oneminute before I went back to complain about my sandwich. Was told they couldn't do anything until tomorrow cause lunch hasstarted. Rude people working the counter. Read more
Delicious. Everything was hot that should be hot and everything cold that should be cold. Lobby was clean. Employee at counter... very friendly. Elderly couple came in and he was so friendly and patient with them. That was good to see. Read more
Normally good service, but this morning they was out of the breaded shell for the breakfast burritos so I had to order loaded... omelet biscuit. I got a very small piece of egg and cheese on a biscuit. Nothing else on it for 4.16??? I get to work to eatit and realized them and called them and a man says thatbis weird because they have the mix already prepared and that should nothave happened and that he would look into it. That was it, no discount, no refund. So I guess I'll no long be visiting thislocation. Accidents happen but you should at least fix or correct them in some way. Read more
Food was great but the drive through was very slow. It was Sunday morning and they were busier than usual.
