If I could rate it lower I would. I should know better when it's the only coffee shop on the block with no line. Specialty... coffee was so burnt I couldn't taste anything but bitter and burn. Iced coffee for my wife was barely acceptable, but still verybad. This isn't the first bad experience, just the last. Read more

I regularly order a a small chocolate milk made with oat milk and they've always been able to fulfill my order despite it not... being a typical menu item, however today they told me they weren't able to do that. So instead I had to order a frozen hotchocolate (which was incorrectly labelled as a small decaf mocha latte) and the decaf mocha latte was a medium instead of asmall and it tasted burnt. ????
