Used to be one of my favorite fast food, don?t eat much fast food anymore. The last few times have change my mind. Today ordered... 2 classic meals. Was given 2 sandwiches saturated in a poor excuse for cheese. The wife hates cheese, so saved a little meat andput on a bun from home. I ate mine but feel nauseous as I?m writing this review. Told to wait in drive up fir at least a few minutes without a sole in the parking lot. I drive off to go inside to find out what... the holdup is and 3 employees by the drive up window just talking away not doing anything!! ? absolutely pathetic!!? will notuse Arbys anymore they have the inability to hire competent people that care about there job. Worst experience I've ever had at this Arby's. Sat at the speaker in drive thru for 6 mins until someone acknowledged me and... took my order. Two other vehicles behind me got tired of waiting and drove off. Finally ordered a 6 pc cheese with marinara andranch, got a 4 piece with no marinara or ranch. Ordered a classic roast beef with a side of red ranch, no red ranch. Ordered aBuffalo chicken wrap with no tomato, got tomato. Come on Arby's, get your stuff together. Read more
Sorry no picture, ordered the chicken ranch sandwiches, 2 for $6, the were definitely substandard, 2 very small chicken fingers... ( didn't come close to covering the bun) cold and breading was so hard it wasn't easy to eat, worst sandwich I have ever had atArby's. Rude drive thru kid working. My sandwich looked disgusting called talked to a manager got hu on twice. Took it back manager on... duty a lady did not even apologize or offer another sandwich. She told me on the phone they were 'busy' that was her excuse.They were not busy no cars in drive and Noone inside. I will not be returning. Read more
People: 0/10 Food: 0/10 App: 0/10 Two guys were so stoned they fought over who got to put the door dash sticker on my non door... dash order bag... But wait there's more! So, this was a mobile order. I downloaded the app because the big sign in the windowsays free sandwich with app and I thought it would be easier on them. I added the coupon to my mobile order. Not a single personin the place or in drive through, but they still make you come inside to grab the food, okay no big deal. Park and go inside. Hecouldn't figure out for the life of him where they keep the three pepper sauce. Finally, I take my order, smile, and thankthem.But they forgot the free sandwich I added on the app. Go back through the drive through and they say the app glitched, butI know it was added in my cart, so they refused to honor the free sandwich. He says he can sell me one..The greasy dude withcurly hair was extremely smug and disrespectful. Enough to keep me from returning here. Food? 0/10 also. There was lamb in mychicken wrap. I was extremely disappointed in the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables were dirty with food on some. The floor was... filthy and sticky. It needed to be mopped. The door on the men?s restroom was coming off its hinges. The employees said theyhad not been busy for two or three weeks. Read more
