Worst Waffle House I've been to. We went in and had to wait for seats. We had 3 adults and 2 kids. Waited about 15 minutes for a... seat, not a problem. Would of only been about 5, but a table got cleared and another group just walked in and sat down before wecould get the kids to move. But we then sat there for over an hour, (at the bar seats, so right in front) and got nothing, not ahi, not drinks, no acknowledgement at all. We ended up just getting up and leaving. Read more
Went in on 10/9/22 at 12:44 am. People were sitting at tables and for take out. Waitress informed us after waiting 10 mins that... the "machine was down" and they were only taking to go orders. Just wondering how they can take to go orders if the "machine isdown"? Read more
Worse waffle house in America!! Very poor customer skills the fat white lady with the now red hair has always been rude any time... I've came. If you don't want to work simply don't go. Read more

After waiting 20 minutes to place our order we finally got o place our order, out of 6 people in uniform maybe 2 working the... others just standing around laughing and going into the back room . I understand I?m just one customer however I feel we werenot appreciated as a customer ( we have been here many other times and enjoyed our visit ) however this will be our last visit. There are other options in town that will and do appreciate my hard earned money . Sorry to be negative but that?s exactly howit went . We stopped on our way home and there was only two employees working. It was around 7:30 pm and the cook (Chad) was supposed to... be off at 4. The waitress Sam (female) the waitress was great. The two of them worked very well together taking care of everyonein there at that time. They had 21 customers and they handled it well. I noticed several of the customers were tipping them bothas we did. Great job you two !!!! Read more
