I come here frequently, mostly night time. The Food here is decent but the mood of the drive thru employee is always horrible on... night shift! Day shift is much better in customer service in my opinion. Read more

Standard Taco Bell food and service. Never know the amount of ingredients are in the tacos and burritos, sometimes filled,... sometimes not. Last couple times there they've been out of hot and fire sauce. Read more

I stopped by this restaurant to pick up something that was left off an order from last month. While there I tried to place... another order but kept having trouble placing the order online. The three employees there went out their way to see why Icouldn?t place the order. They were so polite and patient with me. I thanked them repeatedly before I left but want corporate tosee this review and credit them for having great customer service. When I pass through Newberry again and have a taste for tacosI?ll stop by again. My order was correct and the price was good also. I didn?t get their names but the time on the receipt say,3:27pm and I?ll say it again thank you and I loved the great customer service, God bless you all ?? Order was complete, nothing missing. Food was at a good temp. Good flavor. Service was friendly and prompt.

They served the person in front of us who has been ordering for 15 minutes, when I got to the speaker they told me they were... closed. We sat there and tried to order then pulled up to the window and they said they closed early because they were ?shortstaffed.? They were extremely rude as well. Read more

I ordered online for order pick up inside. I waited 30 minutes to get my order and people who ordered inside after me, got their... orders before me. Very disappointed. I understand they have issues with the staffing, but the orders must be processed in orderit was received. Read more
