Love the lady who took my order. She was tiny and pregnant but working hard and extremely nice. I had to wait for some chicken... to be cooked but did not mind at all. She talked to me the whole time and it took less than 10 minutes and I was out of there.Great customer service and my food was excellent. Read more
The biscuits were like hockey pucks, the service was so slow and yet a person who came after us and ordered, got her dinner... pronto!!!!! She was a regular customer. The food here is good, SOME of the staff are friendly, they don?t have some items that other Popeyes serve, twice I?ve been here... they forget to put my sauce in the bag. Read more
Just awful. My family went last night, drove 20 minutes home just to realize they completely messed up our order. I had to call... the restaurant 16 times to get someone to answer only to be told to come back the next day. Went back today to get our correctfood, and the service was terrible. They didn?t want to replace our order at first, after finally getting our order we weregiven the tiniest amount of food. We spent $30 on this food that isn?t even worth $30. Man I haven?t had Popeyes in so long and was so looking forward to it. Apparently they just opened a couple weeks ago because... the service was so slow. Mainly because the lady fixing the food for walk ins made mistakes in 4 of the 5 orders before mine andthen forgot to give me my dipping sauce. The food was bland I got spicy but it really wasn?t and no seasoning at all. I hope theiron things out because it right on the way to the lake and would be a fun place to stop and get food! Read more

Awful service: after ordering I was told to pull out front & wait. The wait was >20 mins so I went inside. There were piles... of chicken, 3 employees were sitting at a table laughing & playing, yet my food wasn?t ready. I finally received my order butonce I got home I discovered my large sides were only 1/2 full. Terrible service! Never going back. Read more
