Used pickup for the 1st time...I was in a hurry and drive thru was backed up...so I downloaded the app and ordered a large tea.... I understand it was a SMALL order but the app did not say there was a limit to what you could order...after sitting in my carafter checking in for almost 10 minutes..I went in. I asked the young lady at counter about my order...another worker baggingfries responded it was too cold to bring out 1 large tea...a manager on duty overheard the conversation and told the worker sheshould not say what she did ...but No apology was given...by anyone! Another worker handed me my tea..and I left. I have in thepast gone by McDonald's on regular basis but after this experience I won't be back. I hope the worker was instructed by theManager on how to treat a customer no matter how big or small the order. Read more

This McDonald's was struggling badly very badly! I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes, both drive thru open with cars waiting... nobody even acknowledged the customer.! I moved out of drive thru and went inside ordered on the kiosk and well another 15 or 20minutes finally got my food!! I really don't understand how this place stays in business Read more

Took almost 30 minutes to get our food after finally getting a human to take our order (tried to use the kiosk to order but it... wasn't working properly). Not the only McDonalds I've been to lately with really poor service. Read more

Had NO sauces, including ketchup, but only honey.. my quarterpounder was smaller than my daughters happy meal burger. Ordered un... sweet tea, no such luck. CO2 across the board wasn't mixed right, confusion everywhere, people getting free meals just standingaround waiting on no shows. You would think a franchise this advanced and employees would be a breeze to run, but I standcorrected. Live and learn I presume Read more

I had a bad experience doing a doordash. Someone placed an order and it clearly showed up on my phone but they said that the... customer must have canceled his order but he didn't because I called him. McDonald's refused to fix the order and the customerhad to call and cancel it after I tried to get help from the employees. Read more

Ordered a large drink and went to the fountains and none of them worked. Asked the lady working the counter for coke and she... said that the drink machines are down. This was after I already bought my drink. The lady told me that the manager told theworkers to not tell customers about the drink machines not working. Terrible management but the lady working was nice about it.Get a new manager. Read more

We did get our food and didn't have to wait long but.... - kids meal had the wrong sauce and missing apples - paid for extra... BBQ, they gave none - received the wrong food for part of the order - burnt chicken nuggets - two sprites was so sweet wecouldn't even drink it. (Almost like the syrup was double) We will not return to this McDonald's unless they switch to a robotstaff or self serve. McDonald's as a franchise needs to get it together and hold their stores accountable. Read more
