This place is really dirty. We visited at 11:50 on a Sunday. The dining room was empty. Every surface was dirty. 3 different... orders of our fries were covered in dark brown specs. (Maybe old fry oil?) What is happening at this place? Read more
I went to this McDonalds after placing and paying for a mobile order. There was a technical issue causing them to not be able to... see my order. A gentleman very quickly had staff make me my meal on the fly and did not charge me again. They were all extremelyaccommodating and helpful. This continues to be my favorite McDonalds to frequent. Me and my dad went to McDonald's to get lunch and we had to wait over 40 minutes for a simple burger and a 10 piece nugget. I... get that it's lunch rush and it's busy but we saw plenty of people who were after us get their food that was more complicatedthan ours. I eventually had to ask how much longer for my food and they finally started making it. I shouldn't have to ask themto make my food nor should it ever take over 40 minutes to wait for it. Consistently the slowest and laziest McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Fast food shouldn?t take 25 minutes for a Happy Meal with no... cars in line and nobody in the store. Mi Apa across the street is faster, better food, and just better. Read more
For a McDonald's it was clean, with smiling quick service. I'd definitely be back. Kudos to the management team for hiring what... seemed to be the best teamwork I've seen in a long time in fast food. Read more
Decent food, a somewhat clean restaurant, but the burger of the person I came here with was burnt, and when asked for a new one... they flipped the meat upside down to hide the massive burnt bit, then when asked about that they heated it up to a point itcouldn?t be consumed for minutes until it cooled down and turns out they kept the meat a second time. The cheese melted to apoint where they could have spit in it and we wouldn?t know. Unacceptable. Read more
Is the manager from 2 months ago working here yet?? I guess not, becouse for the last 4 times me and wife visit this location... the quality on the food is terrible. (Between 10 and 11pm) 2 months ago the food was great and fresh, not necessary to check thebag becouse everything was perfect. My last two visits the bun on our food was hard, sitting in the toaster for minutes forsure. The meat dry and dark. The quality on the fries bitter like plastic. I've bought lunch here multiple times and have never been disappointed. The food and drinks I always get are of high quality... (for McDonald's) and the staff (at least at the drive-thru) are very friendly. Sometimes the person handing you your fooddoesn't say much or anything at all, but I understand why; no big deal. The chicken I get is always juicy and never dry.Sometimes the outside of the chicken is a little overdone but the inside is all that matters to me. One complaint I have (whichis a little bit of a nitpick) is that sometimes when I get a chicken sandwich, the the sandwich is barely together like it wasslapped together in a rush (which it was). I just don't like to fix my sandwich. But overall, pretty good place for lunch. Read more
