Ordered takeout through the app and waited a few minutes to leave the house, get to restaurant only to be told they don?t make... your order until you get there. Not much point in using the app if I have to wait 15 minutes after pulling up th the drive thruwindow. That?s not how takeout works?? Read more

It's one of the only fast food options in this town, but it's not a great one. It's probably true with every Hardee's, but we... ordered 2 "Big" Hit Ham & Cheese and a small one. The "Big" one looked like what the small one looked like in the picture. Wedefinitely didn't like the value we got. As a cherry on the top, the bun on one of the sandwiches was hard on one edge... justnot good. The service was not good. I'm not expecting much when I go to a fast food place, but I got less than expected here.You don't have many choices in this town, but I'd try something else before trying this place. Read more
Pulled in at 1pm for lunch from the drive through. Ordered two chicken fingers value meals. Had to wait in line to get to window... for payment. After payment we were asked to pull into the waiting lane. There was no one behind us and no one showed up.Absolutely no reason to put us in a waiting lane. When we got our order, there was no napkins, the fries were cold and full ofsalt (we asked for no salt) and we got handed only one drink (had to ask for the other). An hour and a half later we?re ?dyingof thirst? from all the salt on the fries. Tried to call the number on the receipt to talk to the manager at the store(Newberry, FL) twice and no one answered. The food and service was great, worthy of 5 stars. The shift leader today (05/21/2022 at about 12:30 PM) was awful and should... not be managing people. In front of customers he made fun of one employee, mocked another employee, and rudely ordered the younglady doing the drive through to come over and do something right in front of him. That's not delegating and I'm sure he thinkshe's joking, but he is abusing his position of power and it was horrible to witness. Read more

Good service, fast food. The turn in to get in the parking lot is a little goofy but that?s no fault of theirs. Food was exactly... what was ordered and very hot. Definitely miles better than McDonald?s. Read more
