For a double restaurant chain. Why would you not be able to make a order in the lobby. Instead they want you to sit in the drive... thru line that is so long it's out into the road. It is not a one time occasion. I see this on a regular. You can't let a linego out into a city street cause you don't want to take orders at the counter. It's 2 restaurants in one and one way to order?Really? That's sad keep your lobby open later. If you say it's lack of employees well maybe you aren't treating people right forthem to stay. Food is good IF you get what you ordered....taco bell is carelessly made, and almost every time not made to the order....every... time except 2.....order was completely wrong. That's all after waiting in the drive thru for a total or 32 min!!! Read more

The employees are very rude. They talk how they want and don?t care if customers are hearing it. The food is cold by the time I... got it. I went through a couple weeks ago and you hear yelling out the window of the drive thru. It takes forever to get throughthe drive thru or the inside. I don?t understand why they think it?s ok. When you have an issue some of the employees aren?tthat nice about it either. Sad when I recommend a place to eat with someone and then get that kind of service. Never again.. Read more
