Usually not the one to complain or call out workers but this place left me un answered at the drive through for 30 minutes so I... go inside, same thing I will help you in a few and turns around and ignored me for another 20 minutes till I got my order. Closed lobby at 7 for 2 restaurants. They want you to wait in a line that reaches out into and blocking a city street. They say... cause they are short staffed. Well treat your employees better you might not have that problem. With all the money lost they cansurely afford the pay of another employee. Place is ridiculous. Ordered a famous bowl received a chicken mac bowl. Had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru line...no silverware. My bad for not... checking before I pulled away, but I ordered two items...just thought maybe that would be easy to fulfill. Read more

This place is honestly just the worse. Too much to put into words. Just go and find out for yourself. Food is bad. Lines... forever. Out of stock on everything. Can't believe they are allowed to stay open. They should pay us to go there. Read more

Do not order online, they?ll tell you it?s different than ordering in person after there is a Mistake. What?s worse is driving... home 20 minutes to find out they forgot the gravy for both your mashed potatoes sides. But the lady did offer to write my namedown so I could get it next time. Employee didn't put the lid on the gravy completely and the whole bag was covered in gravy AND so was the seat of my car!!!!! I... am NOT happy at all!!!!! I tried calling the KFC in Newaygo but the call kept disconnecting I tried 11x ugggh so frustrated????!!!!! ???? have no clue how I'm going to get this huge gravy stain out of my car seat!!!!!! ???? Our party of 10 arrived just a wee before the lunch rush. Even though the seating area was full as well as a line to the order,... the gent behind the counter quickly handled every order. It was surprising how quickly everyone had their food. I found thechicken a little greasy but the rest of my order was fast food 1st class. I will return to the inside of this restaurant againwhen they reopen after their remodel. Their drive-through will remain in service during the remodeling. Read more
