Please know this review isn't due to one occurrence but several. We used to go to this location because of how close it was to... our house however we have stopped going for some time for the simple fact they cannot get our order right. For example Iordered my daughter a kids cheeseburger meal and received a burger with no meat it literally was just the bread. On anotheroccasion they forgot to give us our sandwich. my husband went back to ask for it with the receipt and they started ringing himup to charge him again for it. They were extremely hesitant to fulfill the order. All the other times there's either a frenchfry missing a chicken nugget missing sandwich missing it's just happened way too many times and shows a lack of oversight andmanagement. We haven't gone for quite some time but due to convenience we tried to go there again and we're shorted food. Unacceptable. Read more
I really feel the need to update my review of this Wendy's. I am so very happy you guys have finally decided to step it up.... First few times we came was horrible. But you're finally back on with the Wendy's that I remember.Just keeps getting worse. Iwish just once they would get something right on my order. I really want a reason to come back. 3 times I've ordered the asiagochicken combo. And 3 times I've come away with a single with no cheese. If I had wanted that I would have ordered it. Employeesare confrontational if you sit at the window to check your order. I don't want to have to fight to get what I ordered. Read more
The staff at this location were all so polite and wanting to help. They saw the ice was empty and right away offered to bring me... a cup of ice. They were attentive the whole entire time we were there eating, but not annoying or bothersome. And the fact thatthey were open for dine in was greatly appreciated. Most of the Wendy's (Newark, Ohio) around my area are only drive thru. Read more
This is one of the worst Wendy?s locations in licking county. They close early despite posted store hours, The best way to... describe my experiences here is that it is a hot mess. The teenagers behind the counter often complain about management and eachother which has led to an awkward dining experience as well. There have been several times where I am in line and people fromthe drive-through come in because they do not have the correct order. That is, when the dining room is actually open. Hot mess. This Wendy?s is usually pretty good, however, I?ve been going there on the weekends occasionally as I work some weekends and... tend to get coffee before work. Whoever works the weekends has repeatedly not been in the actual facility till like 7:15 - 7:30a.m. Their hours online say it opens at 6:30 both Saturday and Sunday. On Saturdays they are usually there before 7 but Sundaysseem to be different. If you could PLEASE change your hours online, us weekend frostycinno lovers would really appreciate it. Read more
Food was outstanding, even though I'm not sure I got the sandwich I ordered. Fries were not very crispy but salted perfectly. It... took almost 15 minutes from ordering to getting my food. That was not fun. Not sure what the issue was because everyone insideseemed busy. Read more
Honestly as far as fast food goes- this Wendy?s has never steered us wrong! If they make a mistake they own up to it and... everyone is pretty enjoyable. We have been probably a hundred times and have no complaints about the service or food! Trust methis is a good location! Read more
It is 8:50pm. All lights are off. Two employees inside. Website says this Wendy's is open until 10pm every day of the week.... This, combined with the fact it is difficult to get to, I won't be back. I came here often as this is the best Wendy's within a20 mile radius. Read more
