Used them yesterday to cater a Company event. Sooo amazing!! Everyone LOVED the food. Doug is very friendly and provided linens... and set up our dining area beautifully. I also thought the experience was unique because the servers not only served at thebuffet table but they also went table to table offering to take people's plates to the trash cans for them! We started working with Doug in 2019 to plan our wedding. Having rescheduled three times due to Covid, we finally were able to... have our event on 12/31/2021. Each time we rescheduled, Doug was completely accommodating. When we inquired about his company,he was very efficient in setting up taste testing. After three previous taste tests with other companies, as soon as we triedDoug's food, we knew we were going with him. His assortment of selection was perfect and we knew that our family and friendswould be more than satisfied with the quality of his food. He had multiple conversations and meetings with us prior to our eventto make sure all details were accounted for. He was confident through it all and assured us that our event would be everythingwe wanted to be. The day prior to our event his staff set up their catering stations to meet the design that we wanted. Douggave suggestions and made sure we were aware of all minor details; even including the flow of the serving line. The day of ourwedding he was extremely professional. He made our event go smoothly and made sure our guests were served with the maximumservice possible. Our guests are still raving about the food weeks later. Doug went above and beyond. He cleaned things he wasnot scheduled to clean, he worked vigorously with our other vendors to make sure they were doing well on their end and met anyof their needs. He worked with our coordinator and DJ to make sure our event flowed well. We would recommend using him for anyevent. There were hiccups that came along due to staffing shortages, good shortages, etc. and Doug made sure to take care ofeverything on his end to provide an experience that was more than what we anticipated. Doug catered my wedding a few weeks ago and our experience with him was absolutely fantastic. The food was outstanding! The... employees were great! Everything was cleaned up quickly. Doug's catered my daughters wedding on 10/31/2020 and we couldn't have been happier with their service! The food was superb,... served up nice and hot!
