Always fast to fill pickup orders and fantastic food. Prices are going up significantly, but that's par for the course in the... current economy. Definitely recommend. Nov 2022 update. Prices are through the roof, and now BBQ sauce is in prepackaged cupsand sold individually. Seems like cost cutting is leading to extreme measures. The food is still good, but the customerexperience is pretty much out the door now. Read more

I went to get my food and they didn?t have any meat. They proceeded to tell me that I had to called their call center the next... day for a refund because they refused to give me cash. I now have to deal with having to keep calling their call center to getmy money because because they can?t make an app that blocks you from ordering when they can?t keep meat in stock. Verydisappointed in this company and how they handle resolution of issues. It isn?t my job to worry about the refund they shouldhave just riven me cash. Read more
I was able to pick up a small group order for 10 same day and under 30 mins. My issue was that items were not clearly labeled... and this lead to us having to handle the food more than necessary to identify what was what. I've had great service before as asingle order too. Read more
I ordered from another establishment two days ahead, and the day of, they sent me an email saying my orders (had three large... orders for three different locations) were cancelled! No worries - called Randy at City Barbeque, and he was FABULOUS. He gaveme specific instructions on how to order, called the Newark location to give them a heads up, and got it done! I can?t sayenough good about this place, and especially Randy. Bonus - the food is wonderful! Ten stars to Randy and the Newark City BBQstaff!! Read more
So much more scrumptious than TR across the street . Faster service, too! Vinegar cole slaw and sweet cornbread. Yum. Hubby says... ribs are excellent! My chicken meal was cooked well and not dry. My complaint was I needed so many napkins to keep my saucy faceclean! LOL Read more
