I usually get pizza here all the time, specifically the chicken bacon ranch pizza. The last few times it hasn?t been cooked all... the way. I let someone know and I was rudely brushed off. So I stopped getting pizza for a while. I decided to try it againtonight and the person who answered the phone told me they couldn?t make a pizza tonight very rudely and without me finishingtalking they just hung up on me. Stopped by on Saturday 4-10-21 in the evening for a soft serve ice cream cone and milkshake and they were a little slow, but the... young lady that made our shakes was so pleasant and helpful!! I was told today no I couldn't have my pizza put in the oven a few extra minutes to have crispy pepperoni even though last time... I asked and they did it no problem. A female employee who works at the sandwhich and food prep area wears her mask below her nose, I dont know about you but I... prefer her not breathing on my food. I took the manager aside to let him know and he acknowledged it wasnt being worn properlyand would speak to her, which he did however she did not adjust her mask over her nose so much for that. I love Byrne Dairy. I grew up in the Syracuse area so Im loyal to the brand. This location is a beautiful newer store. The... employees though, leave so much to be desired. The staff are incredibly slow and dont acknowledge you. You won't be greeted. Thecashier wont even tell you your total. One time I paid for my purchase and was waiting for my slice of pizza when i had to askthe employee to stop talking to her co-worker so i can get my food and leave (mind you there was a line behind me too) Read more
I love where the store is . It's a tad pricey. Most staff is great ,how ever some stuff is rude / lazy unhelpful to co staff... and customers! The food is great . Read more
I went in with the grand opening coupon that allowed for me to get free icecream, and I was curious about checking out what the... store had to offer... but was so annoyed because the icecream was completely freezer burned, covered in it, because apparentlythe freezer was broken. The guy working went on to tell me that the whole month that the store was opened (I was there the lastday of the coupon/promotion), the freezer had been this way. So they're advertising and sending out promotions for a productthat they can't keep in supply of? I won't bother going there, if this is the way this stores managment conducts itself.
