10/22/22 complaints: if we all starting making a complaint the services will be worse that what it is. One someone starting one... it?s unstoppable. In or out of the store and parking lot. Loosing the patience it?s in everyone mind. The store order foodsproducts to be Delivery. To service best the customers. The tractor trailer come to the store and park in the parkinglot. Starting making a Delivery. Customer come and purchased the food by the drive - thru. Rushing in and block the driver thatis trying delivery the order food for the customer. Customer started complaining about the driver making a Delivery and sayingthey getting blocked by a traffic safety cones in the parking lot. Manager go out and take it off. Worst Wendy?s I?ve ever been to , these ppl are thieves!!!! This is why I have to check my order before I leave because it?s... been too many times I paid for a double bourbon burger and only got a single, nobody wants to get home and later open their foodand it?s not the right order!!! Especially after I paid for what I asked for but got less smh close this darn store down at thispoint! Ordered online for pickup then when I reached to the restaurant the security told me drive through only?I don?t even drive then... when I went to the window to tell them about my order, the manager refused to listen to me. Descent service area. Very busy and decently long lines to the restaurants the day I went, but it was the day before new years... eve. Good to stop in and use the bathroom and grab a cup of coffee and keep it moving. Read more
My sister placed a order through their website to get the food delivered that was the worst mistake to ever do. I called the... store the lady on the phone said who delivered it has nothing to do with them but they are the ones that charged her. I arrivedat the store with everything in these photos and asked to speak with a manager very politely however when the young lady askedthe manger to speak with me she said ?what do you want? while looking at me sideways. I explained everything to her and she said?oh well I told you that it?s not through us? yea I have screenshots of the conversation I had with DoorDash and they said it?sthrough Wendy?s. The only person that was actually able to help us out was the general manager I believe and she was more politethan the other lady. Worst place to order from using any mobile app it?s less stressful to just come in person because if theymess up the order then can get that corrected right then and there. I had a discount for a spicy chicken sandwich and stopped at this location. The drive-thru was ridiculous so went inside. They... were busy there too but it went at a decent pace. When I got to the front the lady took my order of the spicy chicken and asmall fruit punch. It took a few minutes and when it came out the other lady gave me the sweet and sour I asked for.
