I've had Smasburger and this place was off. After a really long wait, I expected the burger to be top notch, but it wasn't. The... people in front of me were also waiting a while even after I got there. It wasn't particularly too busy even though I did goaround lunch time. The staff were friendly. The soda machine was out of ice, and there was water on the floor around themachine. Don't expect this to be a quick grab and go type of place. Expect to spend at least 20-30 mins waiting for your order. Read more

Worst smash burger I?ve been to, rude Custmer service and disgusting attitude, I got a milkshake that it?s 6$ I got half cup and... when I asked I was told to save place for the whip cream and when I explained that I dont want whip cream I was told that I haveto get it the same way as if I asked for one. food is good but ruined by the employees attitudes. My husband couldn't pick up my order because he didn't look like an Angela ,... while he had the receipt. The way they talk to students who pay a lot of money is disgusting and they all need customer servicetraining. Read more

It probably designed for the future when less people come here because it literally has only one register and maybe one cook to... handle all the people came for opening week. But it?s confusing that they have ads all over the place prompt you to downloadtheir app to get discount while the register girl told me they don?t take coupons from their app. So the app is useless here.Nothing can be redeemed and no point will be earned. The service are better compared to other traditional fast food chain. Mostpeople love their burgers but I find the avocado in mine is not the best quality. Read more
I?m Re-reviewing this location for a 3rd time giving the store back 3 more stars because the female manager today was kind,... polite & understanding why my order was messed up. She deserves a few stars because she noticed this is an ongoing issue withstaff and student ordering on the mobile app. Please make sure to stress u don?t want any sauce or mayo. And if u do- it?s veryHeavy. We Thank you!! ???? **Side Note: the location being closed entirely on Saturdays & Sundays is definitely hurting thebusiness. Most weekends, students look elsewhere for something different then campus food after a long week. Professors andcommunity members alike. Maybe the hours can be looked into?
