I usually use the kiosk when I come here, but I was with a friend who preferred not to use it. A worker came up to us and asked... us to use the kiosk instead. When I politely declined, she gave me the biggest attitude that I've ever encountered. I askedif there was something wrong with using the register, and not only didn't she answer, she rolled her eyes and neck. A man whoI assume was the manager said that the register was for receipts. ???????? Why are there so many employees there, if we're beingforced to use the machines instead of going to the register? There was no line and it wasn't crowded. The kiosk doesn't alwayswork. I went there the other day, and the kiosk I was at didn't work. I can't believe how terrible the service is here. Read more

I ordered a BACON MCDOUBLE with 3 (Three) portions of meat, when I went to eat my snack I saw that it was out of Bacon I came... back to complain, they took my snack inside and then they returned it to me with Bacon but they took a meat, I gave up and Iwent home to eat the way it was. when I buy the snack now I will always need to open it to check if the items I paid for to eatreally came, this was the second time on the same day in different stores that I ordered the snack with bacon and it camemissing, I paid for this, you can't this happen Read more

You have to be on your knees and beg to use the bathroom at this McDonald's. I understand closing the bathroom from people who... aren't customers but if that is as important as making customers happy. You should have a dedicated person helping customersget into the bathroom. Don't even bother using the self service kiosks, you'd still have to go beg for the food you ordered atthe counter. Horrible experience, never coming back here Read more

It is 10:41 pm on 10/25/2022 I have been twice thru this McDonald?s and both time has been at night like at this same time, the... order lady that?s their I am assuming that?s the manager she has no customer services skill, she lacks a lot of credentials ofwhat it takes to be a manager, she is rude and always talks to you like you begging for food like you ain?t paying for it, alsoshe love to put other people in front off you. They have clean bathrooms, so you don?t have to worry about that one.  They are Organized in there customer service, so again... you in the good.  Food comes out fast.   Music that's played sets a great vibe.   The price seems reasonable to me.  Covid hasn't stopped them yet,  definitely a place to show love and support. The Worst McDonald's You Could Ever Visit! Every time I went there, I always got an order messing. And I'm seriously thinking... it's intentional. If you got the full order, it's probably you got half an order. Either your burger got no cheese nocondiments. You would order a fry, but then you'll get half full. Also, they have a higher priced menu than the ones nearby(just check the app and see for yourself). The staff doesn't care about you or your order, maybe with the exception of one olderlady. You say you order 4 condiments and then the staff responds to you by saying I gave you one and it should be enough. Havea look at the pictures attached in this review! This culture of carelessness reflects that of the manager and the branchoperator. It's completely unacceptable, and I'll be personally reporting this to corporate because this location keepstarnishing its image. Read more

2 stars only because this is a very nice-looking clean McDonald?s. I went on 11/4 at night to get to coffee. This is a summary... of my experience: -Went in, 7 employees joking around talking in Spanish, no one acknowledged we were there waiting. -When acashier finally came to us I said: ?2 Medium black coffees, one with 2 sugars, the other one with 2 sweeteners? then he askedwhat size, if I wanted milk or cream, and how many sugars. I think my initial order was clear enough. However, I didn?t mindsince he barely spoke English. When he brought the coffees I asked which one had sugar and which one had sweetener. He said hedidn?t know what sweetener war. I said Splenda or Equal. He the went to get the coffee again, brought me a new one and it had nosugar nor sweeter on it. So disappointing. I dealt with it and just sat down to drink my coffee. A couple minutes later I cameto the counter to ask if I could use the bathroom (since apparently they have to unlock it for every customer). I was verypolite but the girl just yelled: ?GO AHEAD?. I went and the door was still locked. I came back to the counter and asked her toplease unlock the door, to which she responded: ?YOU GOTTA WAIT. I?M NOT EVEN SUPPOSED TO LET YOU USE THE BATHROOM?. I asked howis a paying customer not allowed to use the bathroom. She said she didn?t know I was a customer, to which I responded: ?maybeyou should ask instead of assuming?. Overall a terrible experience that night. I came back the next morning for coffee. Thistime I asked for sweetener on the side. This other cashier also didn?t know what that was. Their English level is very low, andit?s disrespectful how they just speak Spanish in front of customers. I obviously don?t mind if the employees are immigrants butthis is AMERICA. If they wanna speak Spanish at work they can go back to Dominican Republic or Mexico. Read more
