This has to be the worst DD I ever been to! I went for teacher?s appreciation day, which is clearly stated on the website. They... were very rude and nasty, made us pay for our coffee. The manager comes out and says, ?well I didn?t get any notifications onthis so y?all can just complain.? What kind of customer service is that!? We were very patience and then when we get the coffeewe pay for it tastes like old/bitter coffee. Don?t even bother stop here, you?ll waste your time. Read more
Staff claimed bathroom was closed for customers. I?m fed up with 7-11 and Dunkin? Doughnut owners/management claiming the... bathroom is ?out of service? just because they don?t want to clean the facilities or allow paying customers to use it. I amrefusing to give my dollars to the places that do business in this manner going forward. Read more
Took forever to place an order at the drive-thru. The guy wasn?t the friendliest and asked me what I wanted. I was not greeted... properly nor did he have my order correct because I had to ask him to repeat it. As I pulled through the drive thru, the ladyin the car directly in front of me started to yell at the employees and said that some lady was mean to her. The employee closedthe glass that you pay in and the lady(customer), tapped the glass and told them that was rude. It was too much for me towitness and I already had a bad experience so I drove off along with the car behind me. Dunkin please get it together, this is agreat location with so much potential but we need better customer service with people that care. Although, it?s convenient forme, I will not be returning. Drive thru. They made the hot latte iced and gave us two completely incorrect donuts. Ordered glazed blueberry and chocolate... glazed. Received two strawberry frosted. Has them correct the latte but didn't notice the donuts until pulling away. Unsure howthey managed to get the entire order wrong. Read more

Ordered A doughnut and was promptly informed that they had no donuts? I was pretty sure I had gone to Dunkin? Donuts. So my... daughter ordered a cinnamon roll and it came like this with about a cup of frosting on the top of it I think they?re trying togive her diabetes. At least they got the copies correct! I ordered Turkey Sausage Veggie Egg and Cheese and I only I received egg and cheese. They also charged me for Turkey Sausage... Veggie Egg and Cheese. Not only that, my sandwich was suppose to be $2 with the deal once you buy the any drink and that did notoffer that either. The manger was explaining the wrong information to me.
