This is the worse Burger King. First for some reason you can't use your card only cash in the drive thru. You have to park and... go in, meanwhile there is no parking lot. You park on an always crowded street. The one time I have cash on me I drive up forbreakfast and then they tell me I have to come inside to order!!!! Whyyyyyy Cletus?????? I see why this establishment is bad due to the area but also buying a meal with a drink-we are not entitled to free refills and... asking for additional sauce was not free either. I will not eat at this burger king in the near future. The food was also abit too salty for my taste and the impossible burger was a not as grilled to my liking. Update this restaurant has the worstemployees with the worst attitude. They would just close the window and ignore you when you're trying to figure out anissue Update the latest order, they changed my order over the app and removed the free kids meal. Shame this establishment hassuch shady people working there Update: Thought they changed, but horrible attitude still persists. Update: They don't tellyou the summation of the order or rather, too lazy to do it, then you find out at the end that the price in the app is differentfrom the restaurant. This is the worst Burger King I've ever eaten at. Horrible attitude is toxic. Update: the person at thedrive thru is really friendly and nice. We went to the drive thru around 10pm on a Friday before a road trip. We needed a quick bite. This gets 5 stars, with the... understanding that it's still a burger king, and fast food. The staff was very sweet and nice to us (and our dog that was sayinghi from the back seat). They also made our food "fresh" (as you can get) which was also nice of them. The fries were crisp andthe whoppers were good also. Read more

customer service was very poor. we went through the drive through and got cut off while ordering every time something was said.... while driving up to the window someone waved their hands out to tell us to stop before we waited at the window. once we made itup to the window, employee did not have her mask on AT ALL. we asked for barbecue sauce and got cut of AGAIN, and then told toldthat all the sauces were being put in the bag. the girl at the window told us to pull up to the stop sign afterwards. we waiteda few minutes and the same girl came out with our food. her mask was still not up. even though she was rude, we said thank youand she completely ignored. we specifically asked for hot fries but everything was slightly warm. changes were also made toburgers during ordering, but they did not comply. just wanted to grab something to eat after a long day of airplanes, but willnot be coming here ever again.
