First, not all the employees.. But the one covering the soup area today. I did not feel properly greeted or any warmth. As she... gave no eye contact while asking me if I wanted samples. Second, I purchased the grilled cheese dippers. What I got was asandwich cut in half, not as pictured as fours (hence dippers for my soup). The bread is not toasted. It looks like someonethrew bread in a microwave and melted the cheese. It tastes as if that's what happened also. I could make a better grilledcheese sandwich. This place is amazing the soup rotates but they do keep some favorites all the time. Such as the infamous chicken pot pie with... the crumbles. Anyways, sandwichs are fire and the beverages are top shelf juices and soda machine with some delicious bougieroot beer and cream soda. Very chill vibes. Can't recommend enough. Haven't confirmed but heard you can call a day or so earlyto special request your favorite soup. Read more
We tried Zoup for the first time, this past Friday afternoon. From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we felt welcomed-... like family. The Owner Eric, most certainly sets the tone with his genuine kind presence. The staff- equally as amazing. Myfirst cup was the seafood etouffe. It was so good, I came back for dinner- the same day! We raved about it so much, my husbanddecided to see what it was all about. Like us, he was highly impressed with the atmosphere, the staff and food. He tried lobsterbisque and seafood chowder. I had lentil and our daughter, tomato pomodoro. Needless to say, Zoup has made a lasting impression.We look forward to returning time and time again. Read more
I love Zoup! When we travel through the area, which is once or twice a month, we always go here... Well... When we can. Which... lately is rare sadly. 4 stars only because the hours they are open are horrible. Need more weekend hours for those of uspassing through or shopping at the mall. Want to get Saturday dinner... Nope, closes at 5. Doing some Sunday shopping, nope,closed all day. Ugh. Read more
Highly recommend. Great customer Service! Eric the owner and team were so friendly. Not being from here they made us feel very... welcomed like we were regulars. They answered all our questions and helped us through the menu. The food was delicious and hadgreat flavor. Read more
Great soup! Potato soup is delish. Service was super friendly and quick. The rosemary bread bowl is tasty and fluffy. The kids... options are great, and also priced decent. The turkey and cheese sandwich was hefty, came with gold fish and a juice box. Read more
The soup was good the sandwich was almost all bread. Don't think I'll be back anytime soon. I will probably give it another try... but was not happy with the meatless sandwich. Read more
