This wawa does not take the time to make sure their food is quality nor correct. Twice in the past two weeks my sandwich was... made completely wrong. The most recent time it wasn?t even busy, the workers were all just chatting with each other and notreally focused on the orders. So as a paying customer my sandwich was made completely wrong and wasted a half hour of my nightjust because their employees are not focused while on the clock. I love WAWA for gas, snacks and their smoothies. I live right up the block from here and it is always my go to for gas, snacks... and cigarettes. I wish I could give these guys zero stars. I ordered two cheese steaks through Grubhub previous day. Everything was fine until I... went to the store at the time of pickup. They said they canceled it. Apparently they do it on a whim. If they feel like it, theyare going to just cancel GrubHub, Doordash, UberEats, etc. No apologies. On top of that, they try to convince you that "probablyyou ordered on a different Wawa." I don't know which one is worse: not having the sandwiches you paid for, staying hungry orsome employee/ manager thinking you are stupid. No shopping at this Wawa anymore, and most likely not at the other ones either.If the management here is that bad, I wouldn't think that it will be any better in other Wawas.
