The smoothies it self is very good a large amount and stays cool in the container for a long time however I had to wait 15-20... minutes for just one smoothie multiple people come in a got their order made and given to them before me including a lady whoordered 5 smoothies and other snacks from the menu I?m not sure if it was given away on accident or never made but I was readyto ask for my money back and go home but the lady who took my order asked what I was waiting for and made it herself no oneasked or checked to see if I had everything I needed Read more
The workers move in painful God-awful molaasses-slow motion even during the morning rush. Good smoothies but I hate the lack of... customer service, they çould care less. They keep looking at everyone in line stacking up but it doesn't motivate them to moveany faster. Only 1 out of 3 people back there are wearing gloves. Sometimes I just get a Wawa smoothie instead because it's SOmuch faster, even during the morning rush. I wish Jamba opened earlier. Read more

Tried this location despite the terrible reviews. We actually had a decent experience. The sandwiches were good and the... smoothies were delicious, but we waited forever. The staff was nice, but not warm and friendly. Big difference. No one even saidhello. Overall, we'd go back, but I'd definitely order online and just pick it up. Read more
I wish i could give 0 stars. Hands down the worst customer service i have ever experienced at any Tropical Smoothie. I?m going... to assume this is due to young high school age teenagers mostly working at this location. I mostly do pick up orders and EVERYTIME when i go to this location I?m being ignored. No one is greeting you, no one is saying a word. It doesn?t matter if I?m theonly person in the store or not. This has happened now 6 times... They will see and hear me enter the store and completelyignore me and continue their personal conversation. I try to be polite and let them finish but they always ignore me. And when isay ?Hi, I?m here for a pick up order? they will finally acknowledge me but only with an attitude, as if I?m inconveniencingthem.
