Just ordered two Italian subs. One with bell peppers and one with sweet. Which one has which? They were not marked. Also subs... were very dry. I think we'll drive the extra distance and go back to Cappriottis on the other side of town. Read more

I previously complained because the store had locked out customers during business hours so they could catch up. Now, im keeping... my 1 star review, but editing it so as to blame the owner, whoever that may be. if you have to close early, and your employeesoccasionally cannot keep up with demand, that is your fault. if they lack training and the skills necessary to complete the jobefficiently, that is also your fault. it?s glaringly obvious now that you underpay your employees while also dealing with ahiring problem. perhaps if the wage was worth it, your problems would be solved and your store wouldn?t look so dumpy. Just Sucks!!! I have been routinely burned when going to this place. I?ve had pretty lousy experiences with this place before.... But today was the final straw. I ordered a footlong PRO cheesesteak. I knew it wouldn?t be perfect, but I expected it would be adecent size. Boy was I wrong, I received the skinniest little sandwich I?ve ever seen. I had to go somewhere else after becauseI was still hungry after eating my lunch. The food quality is only okay. But spending 13.09 on a tiny sandwich is reallyfrustrating. I'm a DoorDash delivery driver and went to the store to pick up and order. I waited 15 minutes and by the time the food was... supposed to be ready, they hadn't even started it yet. While I was waiting a worker was extremely rude to a customer with anaccent, told him she couldn't understand him, and belittled him through his order. The worker also did not have her mask onproperly. The one worker was complaining to the other worker throughout the time I waited that the orders weren't being madefast enough. I had to wait 20 minutes for the food that was supposed to take 5 and I had to deliver it to the customer late. Iwould not recommend this subway to anyone. Highly unprofessional and rude staff. I am new to this area and stopped into this local subway for the first time last week. The environment was weird and... uncomfortable.This side of town isn?t as progressive and it shows. The workers just look at you as if you don?t belong if youare a different race/ethnicity. I really didn?t want to give this location my business at all but I had already ordered. Willnot be back.
