I had a very unpleasant experience with the manager, Jen on October 8. An experience that has left me both puzzled and angry.... Her actions towards me were completely unwarranted and without provocation on my end. I ordered an Iced shaken espresso with oat milk and thought it didn?t look right when I picked it up but hoped I be wrong. When... I took a sip it tasted like they put burnt drip brew instead of espresso. Completely undrinkable so I wasted $5. Not really whatI was looking for. My sandwich was fine I just don?t think this location knows how to make drinks properly. Read more

Horrible customer experience I?ve ever encountered and know from Starbucks. Melissa and Steven both need direct development and... coaching from management. Am writing a formal complaint to Starbucks. Racist and narrow mindedness has no place in customerservice nor our modern society. Do better and get better employees. The late afternoon crew are great, professional, anddedicated baristas. The crew when worked by Steven and Melissa are horrific and a feckless example of customer service. Read more

Worst customer service ever. The manager at this location (or she claims to be) is extremely rude and does not attempt to... problem solve at all. This is a much better location than the one on Main Street. The line is always pretty long, but they have great customer service... and are always friendly. I always order in the app to make my trip a little faster, and haven?t had any issues. Would gladlydrive the distance to this location just because the food, portion size, and overall friendliness/professionalism are worth it. Read more
