They almost always forget drizzles and I watched for 10 minutes as they didn?t shake any of their refreshers.
A few times I have mobile ordered and added cold foam to my drink and when I get my drink the foam is either super loose and... disappears quickly or seems to have not been there at all. This last time just seems like it was completely left out and Iwasn't able to ask them if they could fix it because I wasn't the one that picked up my drink. A bit of a bummer when I'm payingextra. I wanna write a critical comment about the administrative policies held in this Starbucks location. It is kept really cold on... purpose via AC no matter what the outside temperature is, probably with the aim making customers leave asap. 3 years ago, Icould enjoy my coffee and study here with no problem, but it's getting impossible due to the freezing cold inside. Open? but they only take mobile orders. I ordered one coffee and the barista said they were running 50 mins behind the estimated... app pickup. Nice, so that?s an hour to make a single coffee. I had work this day so I couldn?t afford to wait an hour long. Iasked if I could cancel my order and I couldn?t at the store because they are short staffed and the register is ?closed.?However, they still use it for people on OCMP. Last month they would scream at me if I didn?t have a mask on for a second butthere?s more people packed in there then at my frat parties. Figure it out. Read more
Barista that took order was helpful because my wife had a couple of questions about the caramel coffees w/espresso. Bought 2... grandes, one of which was a hot chocolate (I'm not a coffee guy) for me. Her coffee was maybe 2/3 full and mine seemed to becloser to half. My hot chocolate, with and without whipped cream, is shown. Is that normal?! The hot chocolate was warm and nowhere near hot, but that was OK-didn't have to wait to drink it. Read more
This location in particular is always dirty from the inside. Unorganized and just not looking in best display ever. Workers are... so lazy and boxes are everywhere. Also, they used to have designated parking but not anymore it's so hard to find a parking spot Read more
