This is the worst convenience store I?ve ever been to. Period. Multiple times I?ve tried to use a coupon for cigarettes here,... they scan it, tell me it didn?t work and they won?t honor it. The coupons are electronic and once they?re scanned I can?t getthem back so it?s like throwing away money. Five dollars here, two fifty there. Also their rewards never work. Ever, not once.You scan your card at the pump. It says invalid. Put in your phone number, invalid. Tell someone behind the counter, they don?tcare. Clearly. One lady always seems annoyed, moves very slow. Sighs a lot like she just can?t believe she has to put up withcustomers she?s being paid to wait on. One time my debit card got stuck in the pump, I go in and tell her, she looks exasperatedand says ?again!? If she knew cards were getting stuck why didn?t she close the pump and put up a sign???? Instead she asks meif I have pliers? No I don?t. Then she tells me to go out and she?ll be there in a minute if she can find a pair. Ten minuteslater she waddles out and doesn?t have any. just stands there. I guess waiting for me to suggest something? Fortunately guy atthe next pump overheard us, had a pair and got it out. She immediately waddles back inside without closing the pump or puttingup a sign. Unbelievable. I can only surmise they have the worst management in the history of convenience store management. Rofo rewards are a joke to me. For the 3rd time I was still unable to use these so called rewards and had to pay cash inspite of... the fact that I have 1700 points. The workers were great but they were not able to accommodate me because it was a problem withcorporate. Read more
Horrible experience !! I went to get gas, normally I pay at the pump. This particular night it said you had to go inside to pay.... I went in and the lady put the money on the wrong pump. When I got outside to pump it wasn?t working and I checked the paperworkand seen it was on the wrong receipt. I went back in and she said she voided it but couldn?t give me a receipt and someone waspumping gas at the one she put it on. I ended up getting my gas and trying to reach out to make sure it was voided. I checked mystatement and I have been charged 2x. I called the store they told me I have to call customer service and every time I call ithas up after the prompts. I will be going to BBB! This is crazy Read more
Incompetent employees - avoid this location. ?Minor? behind the ordering area. The front said they were not back up until 6pm.... Waited 15 minutes til 6. Then the minor still continued to sit and play on his phone and ignore us. Atleast have some socialskills and stand up and say sorry it will be a another 10 minutes I?m not allowed to start until my break is over. Don?t juststare at the customers who have already waited with no guidance. Then an employee who was off duty walks in and goes behindcounter and makes herself food then leaves. Got a refund for the order we ended up waiting 30 minutes for. Garbage. Read more
I grabbed a bowl after work paid for extra gravy and biscuit. Got home and this was all that was in the bag. Honestly who wants... their bread in the bowl!?! And very little gravy so disapointed. Next time I go to Wawa. Read more
I go to this royal farms several times a month and almost every time I go I have some type of issue whether it be when checking... out or with the food service. I usually let it go but today blew me. I ordered two hot dogs with cheese on them and fries thathad Chesapeake sauce on the side. The put Chesapeake on the hotdogs instead. When I told them the issue they lied to me and saidit told them Chesapeake. Now I order these hotdogs all the time. They're was no way I messed that up. And no they were notwilling to fix it.
