The staff here are wonderful, very friendly, the pizza was promptly made. I had a hard time using the app to order. The staff... was knowledgeable in answering my questions about the issue I had. If you give them your loyalty number ahead when ordering theycan add to your rewards. And also because the app only said pay with cash, make sure you let them know you pay with card or callthe store ahead and pay in advance with your card, instead of cash.. I went online and placed a order. I got a email stating that the total was $95. This was not the correct price and it should of... been around $50. I called numerous times trying to reach the manager. He finally answered and was extremely rude and hung up onme. The order took two hours to be delivered and they refused to make any adjustments to the order. I will never order from thisstore again! Read more
Was excited to try the Garden Veggie Papa Bowl. It was definitely tasty, but for $8, it was pretty small. Great flavors though!
We decided to give this location one more try after the last horrible experience. The papadia we got was great but it seems that... whoever makes the pizza there doesn't understand what HALF means. Pepperoni was on 3/4 of the pizza and can't be picked offbecause they put it under the cheese. The stuffed crust wasn't cut AT ALL. I understand it happens sometimes but this is thethird time this has happened at this location and the pepperoni haters in my household were left disappointed. We will not bereturning. Read more
Received my order with topping missing ( that they charged me for ). When I called a man answered the phone and told me they... don?t even deliver to my address ( how did I receive my order then ? Magic I guess) then told me to hold on and hung up thephone. Papa John's Philadelphia Cheesesteak Papadia. Before everyone starts complaining I'm not adding it to my spreadsheet but I took... pictures and video so I'm posting it. Spoiler alert This thing is good! $6! I'm in Delaware so $6 is $6. Pizza dough roll,nice, light and airy, got to like that. Very cheesy, you have to love that. The meat was not horrible and it was actually kindof tasty. I see more of these in my future. I don't think I saw a pepperoni one but I hope they have a pepperoni one. Read more
