Just simply wow! The service and quality is unmatched by any establishment across the United States. This is the best tasting... coffee and bagel I have had in my life. It is such a privilege to be a customer at this fine establishment. It is a crimeagainst humanity that so many people in this world will never get to experience this place. Keep it up! Friendly staff, nice drink but my chai latte wasn't mixed at all, with too much ice even though I asked for light ice.
Horrible staff. They are rude and one of them hurried me inside when coming in behind me, literally telling me to hurry. Go to... 896 Dunkin Donuts even if it is a little out of the way. I ordered a large coffee and there was an inch of cup left when theycould have filled the cup. Dirty too the store is gross. Read more

I start to believe that its administration hates the customers in general. I don't know why but they sweep the place with a... broom all the time, and it raises dust everywhere, which makes it really hard for me to breath or open my eyes if I am there tostudy. I think mopping-up would be a lot easier for them and also for customers. Read more
