They must be under staffed. There?s a ton of people waiting.
Everyone there had an attitude. I told them green tea when I order my refresher. There was no green tea in it. They complained... when I asked if you could remake it with the green tea. All they did was dump half of it out and pour the tea in. Now there?s noflavor. They did the same thing with someone else. They ordered coffee with a ton of cream and sugar and that drink was brightwhite. There was no coffee in it. And complained about remaking that as well. Waste of my money. Read more
Mobile ordered a latte and food - got there 5 minutes later - machine was not working, but I was not notified until I had been... there 15 minutes? finally got latte a grand total of 25 minutes from my original order time. Ordered my coffee on the app. Went to pick up at 6:40 & the door was locked with the lights off but I could see people inside. I... saw my coffee already made waiting to be picked up as well, so I called & an employee answered the phone saying they?ll bring mycoffee out.
