Ice cream was good but the customer service sucked. Really felt like a nuisance coming in to purchase ice cream . They didn?t... even bother giving eye contact. I love cold stone but next time I?ll just go to Wawa or brusters down the street. Read more
My family couldn't believe that this was my first time visiting Cold Stone Creamery. Well I was so wowed by this flavor packed... ice cream shop! It was a delightful flavor picking experience having such a variety of different ice cream flavors to pick from.I think I stared at the menu for about 20 minutes and still didn't know what I wanted. I ended up choosing the Birthday CakeRemix and Strawberry Blonde for my starters. I then drifted off to the ice cream cake section and decided to purchase a cookiesdough ice cream cake which was also delicious! The associate behind the counter was very helpful as I made my choice. On a hotsummer day I will return to enjoy more of what Stone Cold creamery has to offer. Read more
I love Cold Stone, always have. They waste so much ice cream n toppings. They mixed mine and it was plenty left after filling... my cup. Instead of giving it to the customer, they toss it which makes no sense. You see this over and over. They wouldprobably get nice tips if they gave the extras away...why not Read more
Worst customer service ever .. my sister and I entered wasn?t anyone in the store but us .. was never greeted. I was on the... phone taking my sons order and turnt around to the counter where two dark skin employees was standing . Asked for a certain icecream and a light skin women came from the back and started telling me I wasn?t funny . ( meanwhile I was on the phone talkingto my son) When I stated I wasn?t trying to be funny and I wasn?t talking to her I was asking the employees why they don?tspeak and just stand there starring at us like they can?t talk or move .. she then made my order and when I asked for a managershe then became mute and then the dark skin girl stepped forward and said there isn?t one here I asked for her name and shestated she can?t give that information. As I was walking out she told me don?t come back in here it won?t be pretty and I toldher excuse me is that a threat she told again don?t come back in here as more customers started to come in she began screamingand swinging the ice cream spoon in the air like she was going to do something. This wasn?t the first time she?s done somethingto me before I ordered a like it cup and she only gave me half the cup and charged me full price when I said something about itshe turnt around and went to the back .. Delicious ice-cream with a wide range of flavors and mix-ins; the "Cookie Doughn't You Want Some" is a favorite. The Staff has... always been friendly and provided fast service every time I've stopped in. The in-store made cones and bowls were always a niceaddition, however, on our last visit, the bowls seemed to have changed to something mass-produced that just wasn't the same. Read more
