Papa John did an automatic contactless delivery on my order. It was left outside my front door with us not hearing an knock or... anything. I found it 10 minutes later when I checked the e-mail and the tracker said it was already delivered. I feel bad forthe delivery driver as I had a cash tip for him and put zero on the credit card I paid with. update today 7/3/22 (7 monthslater) They have not just dropped my pizza at the door again and mostly been doing better, but today they decided to cheap outon the toppings. I didn't count until the second round, but on half a large the works pizza we had a total of 5 1/2 pepperonis.In general there were only toppings on the inner half of the pizza and the outside 2 inches only had cheese and a(singular,mostly onion) topping laying in the zone here or there I guess if the skimping on toppings continues I will completely stopordering from this chain. update 9/3/22 Last couple of orders have been ok. I went to order today and the price for aspecialty pizza with their promo has changed from $13.99 to $19.99. Placed my order with Dominos for a cheaper pizza. Read more
So I got a large custom pizza with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, spinach and garlic?instead of garlic I got bell peppers, which... I don?t really care for bell peppers on pizza and it was under the cheese so I was basically forced to eat it ???? I picked offwhat I could see. 3 ?? rating because without the bell pepper the pizza was good. My husband got the barbecue chicken pizza hesaid it was OK but he wouldn?t order it again. Read more
They delivered the wrong pizza to me when I drove back to the the store they refused to refund or make me the new one. They... started speaking in Arabic! Speak English this ain?t no Middle East country I wonder what type of Muslim people are they whosell pork pizza lol! Real muslim don?t touch sell or buy pork but they do amazing lol! Read more
Avoid this place at any cost absolutely disgusting dirty restaurant! So we were waiting for our order. One of the the employee... who was mopping the floor he stops mopping and started preparing the pizza without changing the gloves or washing his hands!When we told him he needs to to wash his hands before touching the dough. He said to us that?s not our business to telling himthat and he said it he don?t care about that! We immediately cancel our order and left! There are more good restaurants near bylike Dennys Pizza Guys and Lazy Dog. This papa Johns location owner and employees are Muslim who don?t care about your health!Extremely rude employees! I am completely dissatisfied with this order. Got some uber eats delivered. Payed for a 10 inch and Pepsi combo and also payed... extra for red pepper flakes and pepperocini and none of them were delivered, just the pizza. Ended up paying 35 dollars for a10 inch cheese pizza basically. Read more

I?ve been ordering pizzas from this store for the last 2 years and they never disappointed me. The best pizzas I?m having here... in Fremont area. The guy who works over there is soo customer friendly and always helps me out in getting some new varieties.Whatever food I order here are at its best. They?re fresh, Delicious and hot all the time. Perfect pizzas,always in time and theprices are reasonable.Will definitely be having pizzas from this place as long as I can ....... Read more
First time getting food here. The large size pizza is not a costco size pizza - maybe the XL not sure. The staff members were 3... males. Would have been nice if they were the owner too. They were all working happily and very friendly when I walk in. Good jobguys ans thanks for offering the cheese and red peppers almost forgot. ???? Yeah, first time trying the pineapple chicken nobacon, and I was suprised it turned out to be better than I thought. Yummy. Ordered 3 large pizzas: Meatly, chicken pineappleand Garden pizza Chicken wing 64 pcs Tru with garlic sauce (parmesan chicken is the best, but still chicken wings from wings topis better) Jalapeño poppers is good better with garlic sauce too.
