I really liked the food, and the people and I?m only giving it a three stars so that they pay attention to my review. When we... went into the restaurant, it was freezing outside, and their front doors didn?t close shut so instead of sitting in the bar orlobby, which was freezing, we sat in the indoor dining area and waited for our table. I ordered a couple of drinks and sushi,and before I left, I paid for my food and drinks; the sushi was delicious. They called us over to the hibachi section, wherewe were entertained by Louis. We ate, drank and had a great time. Our drinks weren?t refilled, and our soup and salad platesweren?t removed. The gratuity was already included. When I got my bill the lady charge me again for the drinks, but I didn?tcatch it until after she swiped my credit card, so I told her to just give me a credit for the drinks, but she voided thetransaction and course the funds aren?t available for a few days and charged me again which overdrew my credit card and made thetransaction decline. What if I didn?t have another card? That would have been very embarrassing for me and my family; missesbig shot who just spent $60 on everyone?s meal. For some people $60 per person isn?t a lot or $500 in charges a big deal butfor me that was a lot. I?m only giving the three stars because next time I want them to be mindful and not just swipe creditcards like people have thousands of dollars in available credit and your drinks and dishes should be tended to; Louis my cookactually removed some for me. Calm and quiet atmosphere. We went for dinner on Wednesday evening. We were greeted by a friendly hostes and with a smile. We... were seated right away and were taken care of. We ordered edamame, shrimp tempura, Combo Bento Box and Combo Sashimi and Nigiri.Everything was delivered promptly and at the perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious I had a get together for my daughters birthday. There was a lot of confusion with the menu and where to... sit. There is not enough staff to wait on tables. We couldn't get the Birthday discount because we didn't sit at the hot tablewhere they cook your food in front of you. Because of Covid they make the food Separate and bring it to you. I can say thequality of the food was great and delicious. FYI they add gratuity on the bill even if you split the bill. Read more
