I got the Spicy miso ramen and it was so good. The meat is well cooked and it had a nice flavor. There is a lot of noodles and... the broth is spicy and tasteful. Read more

3/5?? Zest Tontotsu - $15. Broth - 3/5. Creamy but salty. Cha shu - 5/5. IT MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH!!! Noodles - 4/5. Thin... noodles. Absorbs the broth very well but again, the broth was too salty. When eating ramen, I?m looking for this harmoniouscombination where each component enhances the other. No part should be better than the other. In this case, the cha shu was thebest but the broth was lacking. Side Notes: Pork Buns - has a Vietnamese influence with it spicy Mayo, radish, carrots mixedin it, giving it a nice crunchy texture. I had to take a second bite, forgetting to critique the actual pork belly. It?s leanand tender but wish it had more fat. Purple Fries - Their unique appetizer with the honey mayo. Hate to say it but nothingspecial in taste but great for photos! Read more

Seeing as this was my cheat meal for the week and only meal for the day i went with takoyaki, squid tentacles on skewers, pork... belly bun, pork gyoza, and shoyu ramen. takoyaki was a little underdone for my taste but some people like them creamy in themiddle. Good flavor, but the octopus inside was a bit chewy. Not too much or too little mayo. Fish flakes were plentiful andmoving with the heat. The squid tentacles on skewers were a bit rubbery meaning slightly overcooked but good flavor, kind of asweet tangy taste. Would like to try again. Gyoza was standard. Pork belly bun was great, could make a meal of just these. Theshoyu ramen was the star of the show though. Came with seaweed, 3 slices of pork belly, bamboo shoots, a slice of naruto, and acreamy medium-soft boiled egg. The broth was delicious and had some collagen in it so you can fill your lips sticking a tinybit. It was hearty and filling and i drank the broth once I was done eating. The noodles were normal ramen noodles, but are putin as you order so they don't get soggy. On a normal day this bowl is big enough to fill you up by itself. All this paired withsome sake and i was a happy dude. Try this place out. Read more

Amazing food! Spicy! There isn?t much space in the restaurant so I will recommend carry out to be safe. It is face paced and the... staff are nice. There is a rest room for guests. It is definitely a place to try out if you want to have good ramen and aren?ttoo keen on sitting in a spacious quiet atmosphere. Read more
