Service is very slow and awful. So much for fast food. Also when you place an order online they don't start making it until you... get there defeating the whole purpose of ordering online. Might as well order in person. Read more
Ordering kiosk should speed up the process but waiting over 15 minutes for my food was a bit much. Asked for one sauce or... ketchup for my fries and was told 25¢. Unbelievable to not at least offer one. Walked away annoyed and went upstairs to eat,dirty tables everywhere as if no one comes up to clean up. Sat down at the cleanest and then noticed they didn't even bother togive tissues or a straw. This place is just beyond bad. Did was decent but I expect more then just decent food for a $13 lunch. Cane here to eat. After u was handed by food, I asked for hot sauce or ketchup. The worker just yelled no ketchup, no hot... sauce. Food is good. But sauces are part of a restaurant. Didn't even apologize. Read more
I really like Wendy's :-) Gr8 burgers, I made mine gluten free with a lettuce wrap. This location was good, fast service. The... only downside was that the restrooms were out of order. Read more

Very busy, but that?s expected in the city. The frosty is great as always and the jr cheeseburger deluxe was well made
The service at this location was OK but fast. I was here a little after midnight. I placed my order using a "Credit card" only... touch screen system and waited about 3 mins for my meal with my order status presented on a screen by the registers for thecustomers to see. Its 2 floors this location with restrooms both on the main floor and second floor, don't expect an elevatorfolks. Restrooms are some what clean, some trash cans where over flowing with trash and the upstairs condoment section wasdisorganized with condoment cups spilled all over the counter and flies flying over it all. As far as the food goes I ordered acombo meal to "Dine In" and they packed it "to go", I ordered a burger, fries, and a soft drink but my fries where a bit overcooked. I came to Wendys cause I craved it but soon after eating I regret it. Maybe I was disatisfied maybe I over endulged.Enjoy. Read more
Dirty tables..all of them.. and all the trash cans were over flooded.. bathroom on 2nd floor was out of order. Homeless people... inside and outside the establishment. Food was good. Just had to wait a long time because there was a lot of people. Read more
